Mira Bangerter is currently completing her Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Zurich. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Bern. Her research focuses on neurodiversity and the diverse ways in which individuals think and interact. She investigates autism with a particular emphasis on how humorous visual stimuli are perceived, processed, and appreciated. Her work examines the role of creativity—especially cognitive flexibility—in shaping humor perception and humor appreciation.
