We are looking for a doctoral student for the BODYimage project. It is a study funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and a collaboration between several centers in French-speaking Switzerland (SUPEA and Unisanté) and German-speaking Switzerland (KJPP PUK Zurich). This SNSF project investigates how the use of social media intensifies the pursuit of perfection in terms of one's own body image and how, for example, eating disorders and associated psychological problems are exacerbated. The project encompasses epidemiological, quantitative, and qualitative research methods.
